The basic grinders are obtained from Compatible Technology International in St. Paul MN. They can be hand powered by turning a crank or can be motorized. We are also able to obtain versions that use the same shaft, bearings and burrs but the housing is made of stainless steel and is food grade. |

We have a peanut sheller available that has been designed by Full Belly Project in North Carolina (see their link on our Web Links page). The sheller is made of concrete with embedded concrete parts. |
